Sime Darby Brunsfield’s Senada Residences had a few remaining units left to be sold, and all of them were smaller units meant for single individuals. The challenge was to create a promotional video that would communicate the different day-to-day activities for single individuals with varying lifestyles to promote the convenience of living there, supported and enhanced by the surrounding amenities and facilities.
To show that Senada Residences could cater to contrasting lifestyles and daily activities, we created a video which featured 2 different individuals with 2 different tastes and preferences.
At the end of the video, it is revealed that both individuals, while having contrasting lives are both living at Senada Residences, where different lifestyles come together.
The female talent is Natalya Ng, an influencer and Adidas Golf’s Brand Ambassador. She was strategically engaged to draw the attention of golfers who follow her on social media, influencing them to live within the compounds of Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC).
