Gamuda Cove Brand & Identity Design

VORT3X was tasked to create the brand for Gamuda Cove – Gamuda Land’s largest development to date, spanning 1,530 acres of land. The township was envisioned to be a nature sanctuary that will preserve the Kuala Langat Forest Reserves and Paya Indah Wetlands, while also functioning as a future smart city with innovations in the aspects of infrastructure, architecture and lifestyle.

The challenge was to bridge and communicate the two worlds – Nature Sanctuary, Future Smart City. We created an identity that would fit the context of the forests and wetlands, as well as the future smart city that Gamuda Cove was to become by using graphical elements and print materials that could be used represent aspects of the township.

The Gamuda Cove township brochure cover was printed on kraft material to subtly communicate the developer’s mindfulness over the environment, while promoting a smart & sustainable future living.

At the back of the brochure, we included a DIY paper phone dock to show people that simple innovations can make an impactful difference. The mobile stand was specially designed to be sturdy enough to hold most mobile devices, including the larger phone models in the market, and even the iPad mini.
